- Antwort: Weil Sie ihr RZ ausgelagert hat und ihr Service Provider keine ITIL-konformen Dienstleistungen anbietet.
Tja, da hätte man doch besser einen CMM zertifizierten Inder ‘ranlassen sollen.
Übrigens: mit dem Inhalt habe ich wenig zu tun, mit der Autorin bin ich aber verwandt.

Why would you need an IBM Mainframe? For running mainframe applications? Not really.
Interesting question. I had completely forgotten about the endeavor Amdahl had embarked on until a highly respected colleague (thanks, Cameron) pointed me to that company again: PSI, providing virtual machines for most mainframe operating systems.
But be aware of the caveat: Nobody would allow his crown jewels being “taken”. IBM sued PSI, PSI counter-sued IBM, and the story will continue. And why should that be important at all? Check the stake holders - we’re talking about big money.
